RV PARK RULES & REGULATIONS

MUST READ ALL RULES & REGULATIONS, SIGNATURE AND DATE REQUIRED

Please note that specific site locations cannot be guaranteed and will be finalized upon your arrival. Campers will be assigned sites at the discretion of the RV Park Office.

• Open Fires: Fires are not permitted except for BBQ grills in designated areas.

• Waste Disposal: Dumping wastewater on the ground is strictly prohibited. All waste must be properly directed into the septic outlet.

• Outside Storage: Storing the following items outside your RV is not allowed: Appliances, Interior furniture, Flammable liquids, Hazardous materials.

• Sewer Requirements: Sewer and gray water cannot run on the ground. A positive sewer seal is required on both ends of your hose.

• Vehicles and Electrical Safety: RVs and vehicles must have valid licenses, registration, and insurance. Surge protectors are required at the pedestal and are available for purchase.

• Behavior: Disturbances or objectionable conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal.

PARKING

• All vehicles must be parked on the lot rented, not on adjoining lots.

• Units must park behind the street line and stay within your lot’s boundaries. Do not park past your electrical pedestal into the neighboring lot.

• Livestock trailers and dry camping are allowed only in designated locations.

• No parking is allowed in streets, fire lanes, empty RV spaces, laundry areas, along fencing, or on the grass. Vehicles in prohibited spaces will be towed at the owner’s expense.

• NO oil stain on driveway.

• Pets must always be kept on a leash.

• Notify the RV Resort Office of all pets upon arrival.

• Pets may not be left unsupervised in your unit, fences, crates, or tied outside.

• Dispose of pet waste in the provided receptacles. Pick up after your pet!

• Pet owners are solely responsible for any damage, harm, or loss caused by their pet to "Alford Rv Park" or any other person.

• Pet fee of $45 monthly will be charged if not picked up.

Guests use the facilities and amenities at their own risk. "Alford Rv Park LLC” is not responsible for any loss or damage to automobiles, boats, trailers, personal property or for accidents or injury to residents or guests or guests of residents at the Premises. "Alford Rv Park LLC” reserves the right to change the rules, regulations, and fees at any time

All guests of "Alford Rv ParkPark, LLC” are required to check in and out upon arrival and departure and agree to follow all Resort rules and regulations.

Acknowledgement of Risks, Release, Indemnification Agreement, and Covenant Not to Sue

This document must be completed and signed before using Resort facilities or participating in Resort activities.

Notice: This legally binding release of liability and waiver of certain legal rights is an enforceable contract between the undersigned user (“you”) and "Alford Rv Park, LLC, ", including its employees, agents, directors, and other persons and entities (“Employees”). The pronoun “you” includes any third party on whose behalf you are signing. Only legal parents or guardians may sign on behalf of and waive their child’s rights as outlined below. Seek legal advice if you do not understand any part of this document.

Assumption and Acknowledgement of Risks

Anyone using or participating in any Resort facilities or activities, including but not limited to the exercise room, fitness center, cornhole, putting green, golf, bikes, climbing area, skate park, inflatable jumpers, weightlifting, exercising, running, climbing, horseback riding, and other Resort-related activities (referred to collectively as “Facilities” and “Activities”), must complete this Waiver of Liability and Release Form.

Use of Facilities and participation in Activities involves risks, including injury, disability, death, loss of property, and other damages arising from your own actions, the actions or negligence of others, adverse weather, or the condition of the Grounds or equipment. By engaging in Activities or using Facilities, you voluntarily and freely assume all risks and dangers, including serious injury, death, or property damage.

You acknowledge that other risks, whether known, unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, may exist and accept full responsibility for such risks. You agree to familiarize yourself with and comply with all Resort rules, regulations, and policies, which are subject to change. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry, participation, or use of the Grounds at the discretion of the Resort or Employees.

You waive legal claims against " Alford Rv Park LLC" and its owners, affiliates, agents, operators, and employees (“Released Parties”) for any injuries, property damage, or other losses caused in whole or part by negligence of the Released Parties. This includes claims arising from stolen or damaged property, illness (including COVID-19), allergic reactions, insect bites, or other incidents on the Property.

You, your agents, and representatives agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties for any harm or damage you negligently or intentionally cause to others. You assume full legal liability, including attorney fees, for such claims.

This Waiver of Liability and Release Form serves as a complete release of the Released Parties’ liability for injuries, disability, death, or property damage sustained during use of the Facilities or Activities.

You agree not to sue or pursue claims against the Released Parties for injuries, death, or property damage incurred while using the Facilities or participating in Activities.

Medical Treatment and Personal Health

If you are injured or become ill on the Property, you consent to medical treatment at your expense. The Resort does not provide medical insurance. You certify that you are in good physical and mental health and free from conditions that could impair your participation in Activities.

Property Responsibility and Facility Condition

You are solely responsible for the safety of personal belongings brought onto the Grounds. The Released Parties are not liable for loss or theft.

The Released Parties make no guarantees regarding the condition or safety of the Grounds, Facilities, or equipment. You accept the Grounds and Facilities “AS IS” and acknowledge that no additional representations or assurances have been made.

Failure to comply with Resort policies may result in injury, for which the Resort assumes no liability.

Legal Provisions

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of TEXAS and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
